Requirements

Proven sharp analytical skills to navigate applications, risk information, and form language.
Adaptable and able to thrive within the ever-evolving market.
Significant communication, networking, and relationship-building aptitude.
Disciplined focus on execution, accuracy, and follow‑through with a sense of urgency.
Outstanding organizational and time management talents.
Ability to travel a few times a year to the field meeting with brokers and agents.

Moderate knowledge of farming or agriculture industry is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and underwrite new business submissions within your assigned territory to ensure profitable growth.
Bring our brand to life by ensuring consistent and impactful communication of our products and services to agents and brokers.
Represent Farm Family in client and agent meetings, demonstrating expertise and elevating the customer experience.
Build and manage a strong submission pipeline aligned with production goals and business mix targets.
Leverage market insights, using your contacts to generate business, gathering intelligence, and cross-selling complementary products.
