We are currently seeking an experienced, hardworking Underground Utility Crew to handle the installation and maintenance of critical water, sewer, and storm services. This is a high-demand role for those who aren't afraid of long hours and thrive in a team-oriented construction environment.

Requirements

Valid Driver's License with a clean record
Demonstrated history of installing water, sewer, and storm services.
Proficiency with pipe lasers, line and grade, and fusion welding
Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and perform manual labor (digging, kneeling, crouching) in varying weather conditions.
Knowledge of trench safety and underground utility locating.

Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain underground water, sewer, and storm drainage systems.
Perform deep excavations and ensure proper alignment and grading of pipes using lasers and grade instruments.
Operate heavy machinery, including excavators, backhoes, and trenchers, to bury utilities safely.
Collaborate with a crew to dig trenches, lay pipe/conduit, backfill, and compact soil.
Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and confined space entry procedures.
