About The Position

This role operates underground mining equipment safely and efficiently, performing scaling, mucking, and material handling to support production. The position involves conducting routine equipment checks and basic maintenance, following all safety protocols, and actively contributing to hazard reporting. Support for mine operations through teamwork and effective communication is also a key aspect of this role.

Requirements

• Must have IMSHA Training
• Ability to work safely in an underground mining environment
• Competence in mining using a Scaler
• Operating a bolter
• Strong situational awareness and adherence to safety procedures
• Capability to perform physically demanding tasks in varied conditions
• Willingness to work collaboratively and adapt to operational needs

Nice To Haves

• Explosive experience is a huge plus
