Requirements

• Holding a full, Class I Driver’s license.
• High level of computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Office.
• Strong verbal, written, analytical, persuasive, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Good time management skills and ability to effectively prioritize work is essential.
• Highly self-motivated and directed, with attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

• Two years of experience in a similar role preferred.
• Knowledge of Pronto, Oracle, SAP, or equivalent enterprise level software package preferred.
• Mining experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory control - receiving, issuing, storing, and tracking the inward/outward supply movement.
• Daily and rolling stock takes, accurately recording levels.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Accurately creating, entering, and processing invoices into Pronto.
• Supply goods and materials in a timely manner.
• Escorting of transport vehicles and equipment from the security checkpoint to the underground.
• Process and approve purchase orders for material, equipment, and services.
• Report on inventory management and valuation and order status of all consumables within your area of control.
• Maintain confidentiality pertaining to the bidding and procurement process.
• Expedite, track, and report on all open orders.
• Collaborate with the Cost Controller and Purchaser to ensure PUG’s consumable levels are maintained and use is reported to meet the project development schedule.
• purchasing meeting accounting structure for budget and forecasts.
• Support the LUG Project team with operational, financial, and performance reporting to management.
• Know and comply with the current Mining Safety and Health regulations and Haile Gold Mine Supply Chain policies.
