Will be responsible for inspecting the installation of conduits, main trenches and all system improvement projects. Inspect underground sub-structures all in accordance with Company specifications and standards. Will perform survey work in determining alignment locations for right-of- way acquisition as required by various departments. Will assist the Electrical Inspector in all aspects of the job. Employees will perform any and all tasks for which they are properly trained and can competently and safely perform. After five (5) continuous years in this position, employees can be considered for an auto-progression to the Senior Underground Inspector classification. Once the position checklist has been signed off on by the Underground Inspector Training Committee, the auto-progression will be submitted for the start of the following pay period.
