About The Position

This role involves performing scheduled maintenance and inspections of residential electrical systems. The ideal candidate will identify potential issues, recommend preventative solutions, and efficiently and safely diagnose and repair electrical problems. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records of work performed and parts used, providing exceptional customer service and education to homeowners, and ensuring all work meets safety protocols and code requirements. The position supports department goals through quality workmanship and professionalism.

Requirements

• 2+ years of residential electrical service or maintenance experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Valid electrical certification or license (as required by local regulations).
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
