About The Position

B.H. Inc. is searching for a full-time Underground Utility Crew Foreman to direct crew operations for our Civil & Excavation division on the Black Desert Resort project in St. George, Utah. We are looking for exceptional leaders with a background in civil construction and a passion for continuous improvement to help us drive customer satisfaction and company success. We offer a competitive wage of $28–$34/hour (depending on experience). This position also includes an extensive compensation package including weekly pay, health, vision, dental, life insurance, a 401(k) plan with match, and paid time off.

Requirements

3–5 years of experience serving as a utility foreman
Proven track record leading crews in installing water, sewer, storm drain, and box culverts
Strong knowledge of site safety management, including leading POD and JSA meetings
Ability to work Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays as needed
Local to the St. George, UT area with flexibility for moderate travel
Self-driven leader
Proactive attitude
Strong communication skills
Ability to mentor a team
High integrity and safety standards
Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.

Responsibilities

Direct crew operations for the Civil & Excavation division on the Black Desert Resort project.
Lead crews in installing water, sewer, storm drain, and box culverts.
Manage site safety, including leading POD and JSA meetings.
Manage job sites with minimal supervision.
Mentor a team while maintaining high integrity and safety standards.
