This Statement of Work provides technical and analytical support in the fields of Computer Engineering, with potential application to Electrical Engineering and related engineering disciplines. It covers the need for a student services contractor to develop and modify hardware and software solutions for the test and evaluation of emerging Radio Frequency (RF) systems. The work will primarily involve modification of existing software configurations, development of new applications, and compiling/operating these applications under development. Basic RF principles and the use of Software Defined Radios with Linux operating systems are relevant. The student contractor should be familiar with programming concepts, data structures, and basic electronics principles. The Allied Interoperability project supports multinational experimentation. Experiments include Computer Networks, RF Systems, Communications Systems, Computational Capabilities, etc. This effort requires a myriad of skills including test and evaluation, hardware design, field test, programming.
