About The Position

The Borland Lab within the Department of Biobehavioral Health is seeking a part-time research assistant to work 4-12 hours per week. This position involves assisting with the housing and handling of adult Syrian hamsters, conducting behavior testing, brain tissue collection, slicing brain tissue on the cryostat, and performing RNAscope and immunohistochemistry experiments.

Requirements

  • Must be an undergraduate student at The Pennsylvania State University, University Park
