About The Position

As an Unarmed Security Agent for our residential/office building, your paramount role is to safeguard the welfare and security of students, staff, and visitors within the premises. Vigilantly patrolling and monitoring the grounds, you will maintain a safe atmosphere by enforcing access controls, promptly responding to emergencies, assessing potential risks, and utilizing surveillance systems. Your approachable demeanor will reassure visitors and residents, while your adherence to SOPs and protocols, and your readiness to respond to imminent threats, will contribute to a secure business continuity environment. Collaborative communication with stakeholders/building office, and participation in ongoing training will further elevate the safety measures you uphold, fostering a positive and secure setting for all.

Requirements

• Must be 23 years of age or older.
• Previous security-related work experience.
• Working knowledge of basic security techniques.
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University is a plus (not mandatory).
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Valid Class D License
• Must be able to pass a criminal/background check and must be able to pass a drug test spontaneously while employed.
• A minimum of CPR/First Aid/AED for all ages is required.
• Possess a valid and current driver’s license.
• Strong command of the English language (Others are an advantage).
• High Self-Confidence balanced with a reasonable amount of humility, strong leadership, and interpersonal relationship skills, very proactive, and outstanding attention to detail.
• Comfortable kneeling, carrying, bending, walking, and standing for extended periods.
• Ability to perform continuous physical exertion as needed.
• Successfully completed Pulmus7 Basic Training’.

Nice To Haves

• Previous Military, Law Enforcement, and Government Agency experience is an advantage.
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University is a plus
