About The Position

American Security Force is seeking motivated and reliable unarmed security officers to join their team. The Security Officers will ensure the security and safety of client sites while providing exceptional customer service in a professional setting. Military veterans are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
Possess High School diploma or equivalent
Must have an active Texas Guard Card
Must have a valid Texas Driver’s License
Possess Excellent customer service skills
Must be able to walk, stand, and travel between job sites during shifts
Background Check required
Clean Driving Record required

Responsibilities

Greet, welcome, direct, and announce visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Perform regular foot patrols
Monitor premises and respond to any unusual or suspicious activity
Lock/unlock gates and doors as needed
Respond to any problem situations and escalate as appropriate
Maintain thorough documentation (Daily Activity Reports and Incident Reports)
Professionally communicate with clients, supervisors, vendors, contractors, and the public
Travel between assigned locations throughout shift as needed
Ensure consistent service excellence and client satisfaction
