About The Position

This is a temporary assignment from July 8 through August 2, 2026, with multiple full-time, part-time, day, overnight, and event shifts available. The assignment includes Store Preparation (July 8 – July 29) where officers will assist with employee and contractor access control and maintain a safe and secure work environment during the store build-out. This phase includes full-time day shifts, full-time overnight shifts, and part-time weekend day and overnight shifts. The Grand Opening phase (July 29) requires Parking Lot Security and Store Entrance Security to help provide a safe, welcoming, and organized environment for customers, employees, and vendors. Post-Opening Support (July 30 – August 2) involves day shifts during normal store operating hours to support ongoing security operations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous security, military, law enforcement, or customer service experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to work assigned day, overnight, weekend, or event shifts.
• Must successfully pass all required background screening and complete OPS Security Group onboarding and training.

Responsibilities

• Monitor employee, contractor, vendor, and visitor access.
• Patrol assigned interior and exterior areas.
• Maintain a professional and visible security presence.
• Observe, report, and document suspicious activity or incidents.
• Complete daily activity logs and incident reports.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers and employees as needed.
• Respond appropriately to incidents and emergencies in accordance with site procedures.
• Follow all OPS Security Group and client policies and procedures.
