About The Position

Midwest Security Forces is seeking experienced applicants to fill immediate Full-time Unarmed Security Officer positions in Gary, IN. This role involves securing premises, establishing a friendly presence, and providing excellent customer service to clients. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, able to stand for long periods, possess good communication skills, and be capable of observing, surveying, and reporting activities at the assigned site. Responsibilities also include responding quickly to critical situations, reading and writing detailed reports, enforcing client procedures, and working effectively within a team environment. A well-groomed appearance and hygiene are essential.

Requirements

• Possess at least a high school education or equivalent (GED)
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older as required by applicable law
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Must have a valid driver's license with clean driving history
• Must have reliable means of transportation
• Must be able to pass drug screening
• Must be able to pass background check
