About The Position

We are seeking qualified, professional, and dependable Security Officers to support operations at a client site in Romeoville, IL. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong customer service skills, sound judgment, and the ability to maintain a professional presence while effectively utilizing technology as part of daily security operations.

Requirements

Active Illinois PERC Card
Completion of a 20-hour security training certificate
Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening
Advanced computer and technology skills are required, including the ability to confidently use multiple software platforms and digital systems as part of daily security operations
Physically capable of standing for extended periods
Reliable transportation is required
Demonstrated commitment to excellent customer service
Must be able to remain awake, alert, and attentive throughout the entire shift.
HS Diploma GED or H.S. Equivalent
IL PERC Card
Driver's License
20-hour IL security training certificate

Nice To Haves

Prior security or protective services experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Concierge, front-desk, administrative, or e-commerce experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Remain awake, alert, and attentive throughout the entire shift. Sleeping while on duty is strictly prohibited.
