Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
At least 18 years of age.
Reliable transportation required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Professional, customer-focused demeanor with the ability to de-escalate situations.
Ability to use sound judgment, take initiative, manage priorities, and work effectively as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

1–3 years of professional experience preferred; security, law enforcement, military, or customer service experience desired.

Responsibilities

Provide security services in accordance with company policies, post orders, and management direction.
Conduct interior and exterior patrols by foot, vehicle, golf cart, or bicycle as assigned.
Identify and report security threats, hazards, unsafe conditions, and emergencies.
Perform site-specific duties such as customer service, loss prevention, visitor reception, elevator security, and loading dock security.
Monitor activity, respond to incidents, and notify appropriate personnel as required.
Complete accurate incident reports documenting unusual activity and resolutions.
Follow emergency procedures, the Use of Force Policy, company standards, and site requirements.
Maintain reliable attendance, professional appearance, and participate in required training.
Perform additional security and support duties as directed.
