Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Reliable transportation.
Strong written communication skills for report writing.
Ability to remain professional and use sound judgment in stressful situations.
Strong customer service and de-escalation skills.

Nice To Haves

1–3 years of work experience.
Security, law enforcement, military, or customer service background.
College coursework in security-related fields.
Experience in security operations or scheduling.

Responsibilities

Conduct security patrols (walking, vehicle, golf cart, or bicycle).
Monitor and identify security risks, hazards, and emergency situations.
Respond to incidents and emergencies according to company policies and post orders.
Write detailed incident and activity reports.
Provide customer service and interact professionally with visitors, employees, and clients.
Perform site-specific security functions such as: Lobby/reception security, Visitor management, Loading dock security, Loss prevention, Retail security, Elevator and access control monitoring.
Follow company procedures, attendance requirements, and grooming standards.
Participate in required training and orientation programs.
