About The Position

Midwest Security Forces is seeking experienced applicants to fill immediate Part-time Unarmed Security Officer positions in Michigan City, IN. This role involves providing excellent customer service, securing premises, and maintaining a friendly presence at the site. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, able to stand for long periods, possess good communication skills, and be capable of observing, surveying, and reporting activities. Responsibilities also include responding to critical situations, writing detailed reports, enforcing client procedures, and working effectively within a team environment, while consistently maintaining a well-groomed appearance and hygiene.

Requirements

• Possess at least a high school education or equivalent (GED)
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older as required by applicable law.
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Must have a valid driver's license with clean driving history
• Must have reliable means of transportation
• Must be able to pass drug screening
• Must be able to pass background check
• Must be customer service oriented
• Pay close attention to detail
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must have good communication skills
