About The Position

Security Officers provide all routine patrol and access control functions including property control. Part-time schedules are available. Compensation is $23.64/Hr. (Varies based on level of Security Clearance).

Requirements

Must be U.S. citizen
Must have a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
Successfully pass criminal, credit and driving records check
Successfully to pass an employment physical
Successfully pass criminal, credit and driving records check
Ability to prepare detailed written reports and fill out forms
Write and speak clearly and effectively in English.
Be fully computer literate with computer hardware
Communicate effectively
Must be able to pass training and obtain the required certifications and licenses

Nice To Haves

Prefer to have a current Secret Clearance or Higher
6 months or more of aerospace related security experience preferred

Responsibilities

Report to the Lieutenant or Sergeant
Patrol Buyer’s facilities and report all security or safety deficiencies
Conduct timed patrol tours and special signoffs as directed
Respond to the scene of crimes and emergencies to assist, observe, report, and contain
Enforce Buyer’s access and property control policies at all gates and lobbies
Subject to frequent interruptions
May be required to lift and carry awkward items weighing up to 50 lbs.
Requires intermittent standing, walking, and sitting for prolonged periods throughout the workday
Climb 8 or more flights of stairs
Other duties as assigned
