About The Position

Marksman Security is hiring professional, polished, and customer-focused Security Officers for client-facing roles focused on professionalism, communication, and client satisfaction while maintaining a safe environment. The job fair is scheduled for November 6, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., at 521 East Interstate 20, Arlington, TX 76018. Same-day hiring is available for multiple positions. Applicants must hold a valid, active unarmed Texas Security License.

Requirements

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
At least 18 years of age.
Experience in a client-facing, concierge-style security role.
Evening, overnight, and weekend availability.
Experience as a door staff professional or in a receptionist, customer service, clerical, hotel, or restaurant position.
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
Active, valid unarmed Texas Security License.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Ability to meet the physical essential functions of the job, which may include lifting more than 50 pounds, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, and working in inclement weather.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service to people encountered while on duty, including offering directions and general business information.
Maintain clear, accurate front-desk administrative logs concerning people and property, including packages.
Control access for tenants, visitors, and vendors as required.
Monitor security cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment.
Respond to property incidents and emergencies, and record incident information for building and Titan Security management.
Perform other duties as assigned.
