About The Position

Marksman Security is hiring professional, polished, and customer-focused Security Officers for multiple positions. This client-facing role emphasizes professionalism, communication, and client satisfaction while maintaining a safe environment. Officers provide customer service, assist with directions and general business information, maintain front-desk administrative logs, control access, monitor security cameras, conduct patrols, and respond to property incidents and emergencies. The job fair is scheduled for November 6, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 521 East Interstate 20, Arlington, TX 76018. Same-day hiring is offered. Applicants must have a valid, active Texas unarmed security license.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have an active unarmed Texas Security License.
Must have experience in a client-facing, concierge-style security role.
Must have experience as a door staff professional or in a receptionist, customer service, clerical, hotel, or restaurant position.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
High school diploma or GED.
Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Able to meet the physical essential functions of the job, including potentially lifting 50+ pounds, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, and working in inclement weather.
Evening, overnight, and weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service to people encountered while on duty, including assistance with directions and general business information.
Maintain clear, accurate front-desk administrative logs concerning people or property, including packages.
Control access for tenants, visitors, and vendors as required.
Monitor security cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment.
Respond to property incidents, including emergencies, and record incident data for building and Titan Security management.
Perform other duties as assigned.
