Requirements

Minimum of 1 year in law enforcement, military service, or working for a licensed security agency
Valid Michigan Driver’s License
Social Security Card (copy required)
Proof of Vehicle Insurance
Photo ID Submission: A clear photo from the shoulders up (no hats, no filters, white background) for company identification badge
Must be at least 18 years old
U.S. citizen or legal resident
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Must not be a convicted felon, have outstanding warrants, or any disqualifying criminal history under Michigan law (MCL)
Must not have any mental instability, must not have been adjudged insane (unless restored by court order), and must be in good physical condition to perform duties
Must pass a criminal background check, fingerprinting, and drug testing (no drug dependency)

Responsibilities

Patrol assigned areas to deter unauthorized activity and ensure safety.
Monitor surveillance systems, alarms, and access points.
Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and disturbances.
Write accurate daily activity reports and incident reports as required.
Enforce site rules, regulations, and company policies.
Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Communicate effectively with clients, visitors, and law enforcement when necessary.
Perform other duties as assigned by the office or site supervisor.
