Requirements

Valid MO Driver’s License
Professional demeanor and appearance
Basic computer skills
Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug)
This position will require occasional crawling, crouching, climbing of stairs, kneeling, running, sitting, standing, stooping and walking for extended periods of time

Nice To Haves

Foot patrols are conducted on exterior of the property/building
Monitor CCTV
Access control main lobby

Responsibilities

Manage all guest/visitor access as needed and eject trespassers or violators from premises when deemed necessary
Verify credentials of incoming and outgoing individuals
Patrol the perimeter (interior/exterior) to identify potential safety and security risks (reports/documents)
Ensure all rules/regulations are being enforced and followed
