Requirements
- 18+ years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Florida Security D License
- Valid Florida Driver’s License
- Must pass background check and drug test
- Strong customer service and communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual is a plus
Responsibilities
- Foot/vehicle patrols, detect suspicious activity, prevent vandalism, theft, and other incidents
- Control access, verify IDs, log visitors/vehicles, announce guests, and monitor entry points
- Greet guests, manage access control, monitor CCTV, handle visitor logs, and assist residents
