Requirements
- 18+ years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Florida Security D License
- Valid FL Driver’s License
- Willing to undergo and pass a background check and drug test
- Strong customer service and communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual is a plus
- Golf cart operation required and must clear MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) screening
Responsibilities
- Patrol property to ensure security and prevent incidents
- Control access, verify visitors, and maintain security logs
- Monitor pool area, enforce safety rules, and assist guests
- Monitor facilities, assist guests, and maintain a safe environment
- Greet residents and guests, manage check-ins, answer inquiries, and coordinate communication while maintaining security procedures
- Provide excellent customer service
- Report suspicious activity
