We are seeking qualified, professional, and dependable Security Officers to support operations at a client site in Naperville, IL. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong customer service skills, sound judgment, and the ability to maintain a professional presence while effectively utilizing technology as part of daily security operations. Requirements

• Active Illinois PERC Card
• Completion of a 20-hour security training certificate
• Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening
• Advanced computer and technology skills are required, including the ability to confidently use multiple software platforms and digital systems as part of daily security operations
• Physically capable of standing for extended periods
• Reliable transportation is required
• Demonstrated commitment to excellent customer service
• GED or H.S. Equivalent
• HS Diploma
• IL PERC Card
• Driver's License
• 20-hour IL security training certificate

Nice To Haves

• Prior security or protective services experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Concierge, front-desk, administrative, or e-commerce experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Must be able to remain awake, alert, and attentive throughout the entire shift.
• Sleeping while on duty is strictly prohibited.
