About The Position
Doyle Security Services (DSS) is seeking Unarmed Security Officers / Floaters to work in Queens, Brooklyn & Nassau County. This is a per-diem position covering weekdays and weekends, with shifts available in the morning, evening, and overnight.
Requirements
- Valid NYS Security Guard License.
- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable transportation.
- High School Diploma / GED required.
- Must be able to understand the English language and communicate effectively in both the verbal and written form.
- Must be physically able to perform the tasks required by the position.
Nice To Haves
- Military experience a plus
- 5-7 Year U.S. work history may be required.
Responsibilities
- Securing premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.
- Reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures.
- Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
- Tasks assigned by supervisor or manager.
