The Security Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment by actively safeguarding premises, including patrolling various locations. They preserve order by enforcing regulations and directives for client sites concerning personnel, visitors, and the area. Frequently, Security Officers provide customer service and information to clients' employees and customers. Requirements

Must be actively licensed in NM as a Level 1 Unarmed Security Guard.
At least 1 year of security experience.
Be at least 18 years of age.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Must be able to stand and walk foot patrol for entire shift.
Ability to obtain security certification according to the State of NM.
Ability to pass drug screen.
Ability to pass background check.
E-Verification Approval.
Completion of on-boarding process.
Approval and interview with assigned site manager.

Responsibilities

Carry out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
