Requirements

Must be licensed as an Unarmed Security Guard in the state of AR.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Must be able to stand/walk for long periods of time.
At least 1 year of previous Security experience.
Be at least 18 years of age for UNARMED roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Customer service: 1 year (Required)
UNARMED Security License (State of Arkansas) (Required)

Responsibilities

Maintain a safe and secure environment for clients by actively monitoring and patrolling premises.
Preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.
Provide customer service and information to a client's employees and customers.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
Safeguard clients in various industries such as Convenience Store truck stops, Travel Centers, Warehouses, and Truck yards.
Carry out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
Be attentive and notice potential risks or incidents on customers' premises.
