About The Position

Licking-Knox Goodwill Industries, Inc. is seeking Unarmed Security Guards for the Newark and Reynoldsburg areas. This is a part-time position with 20-25 hours per week, offering opportunities to pick up extra shifts. The ideal candidate will have security experience, the ability to work with the public, a part-time schedule with flexibility for extra shifts, and great customer service skills.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years old
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to be insured by our company
• Pass a pre-employment drug test which includes THC
• Be able to pass a BCI with the State

• Ability to work a part time schedule but also pick up shifts when needed

Responsibilities

• Guarding property against fire, theft, and vandalism
• Patrolling assigned areas inside as well as outside
• Prevent trespassing
• Reporting irregularities
• Recording data, such as property damage or unusual occurrence
• Logging all security activity
