About The Position

Midwest Security Forces is looking for experienced applicants to fill immediate Full-time Unarmed Security Officer positions in La Porte, IN. General Security responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Provide excellent customer service to our clients, secure premises and establishing a friendly presence at the site, customer service orientation, attention to detail, ability to stand for long periods of time, good communication skills, observe, survey, and report activities at the assigned site, respond quickly to critical situations, ability to read and write detailed reports, enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards, ability to work within a team environment, and consistently maintain a well-groomed appearance and hygiene.

Requirements

• Possess at least a high school education or equivalent (GED)
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older as required by applicable law.
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Must have a valid driver's license with clean driving history
• Must have reliable means of transportation
• Must be able to pass drug screening
• Must be able to pass background check

Nice To Haves

• Security Officer experience a plus
