As a Security Officer Unarmed - Full Time in Savannah, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a chemical and petrochemical location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a secure environment through clear communication and exceptional customer service. Requirements

• Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Possess a TSA-issued TWIC.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, spills, and other critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of industrial facilities, access points, buildings, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access control points, verify credentials, and document visitor, contractor, vehicle, and delivery activity in accordance with site requirements.
• Report hazards, unusual conditions, equipment concerns, and security-related incidents to appropriate site personnel and Allied Universal leadership.
