About The Position

Covenant Security Solutions is a rapidly growing security agency headquartered in downtown St. Petersburg. We are seeking competent part-time unarmed/armed Security Field Specialists to ensure the physical security of our locations. Responsibilities include access control, monitoring for suspicious behavior, customer service, and preventing vandalism, theft, and other criminal activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, inspire respect and authority, and be dedicated to maintaining safe and secure environments while delivering exceptional service. This role offers various job assignments, requires weekend availability, and flexibility. Requirements

• World class customer service skills
• Familiarity with report writing
• Excellent surveillance and observation skills
• FL Class D Security License is required (UNARMED)
• FL Class G Security License is required (ARMED)
• High School diploma or GED is required
• Ability to stand or walk for up to 6 hours per shift
• Must be willing to work weekends
• Must be flexible

Responsibilities

• Monitor and authorize entrance of people into the property
• Investigate people for suspicious activity and possessions of weapons
• Provide excellent assistance to patients and guests in need of care
• Submit a very detailed activity report of key performance indicators
