Requirements

  • Must have or obtain a Valid ASRB License as required by the state licensing authority
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to perform in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
  • Strong situational awareness and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to remain calm and effective in critical situations
  • Basic computer skills; ability to use tablets for reporting
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
  • 1+ Year of Verifiable Security, Law Enforcement or Military experience
  • 2+ years of verifiable customer service experience

Responsibilities

  • Escort employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors throughout the facility as required
  • Monitor and control access to restricted or sensitive areas
  • Ensure all escorted individuals follow company and site safety policies
  • Maintain constant observation of surroundings and report any suspicious or unsafe activity
  • Conduct routine patrols of assigned areas (foot patrols as needed)
  • Complete daily logs, incident reports, and escort documentation accurately
  • Communicate professionally with clients, staff, and the public
  • Respond appropriately to emergencies and follow established procedures
  • Support overall site security operations as directed by supervisors
  • Ensure compliance with SEI and client policies (e.g., smoking, loitering, parking)
