Requirements

Must have or obtain a Valid ASRB License as required by the state licensing authority
Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to perform in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
Strong situational awareness and problem-solving skills
Ability to remain calm and effective in critical situations
Basic computer skills; ability to use tablets for reporting
High School Diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
1+ Year of Verifiable Security, Law Enforcement or Military experience
2+ years of verifiable customer service experience

Responsibilities

Escort employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors throughout the facility as required
Monitor and control access to restricted or sensitive areas
Ensure all escorted individuals follow company and site safety policies
Maintain constant observation of surroundings and report any suspicious or unsafe activity
Conduct routine patrols of assigned areas (foot patrols as needed)
Complete daily logs, incident reports, and escort documentation accurately
Communicate professionally with clients, staff, and the public
Respond appropriately to emergencies and follow established procedures
Support overall site security operations as directed by supervisors
Ensure compliance with SEI and client policies (e.g., smoking, loitering, parking)
