Unanet Implementation Manager
About The Position
Aprio is a Top 20 CPA and advisory firm with 40 U.S. office locations and international presence, employing over 3,200 team members. The firm focuses on providing expertise, understanding, and strategic foresight to fast-growing industries. Aprio is seeking a Unanet Implementation Manager to join its Technology Advisory team. In this role, the manager will help clients maximize opportunities by utilizing Unanet ERP (GovCon) and related technologies. This position is part of Aprio's Advisory practice and offers an opportunity for an entrepreneurial-minded individual to contribute to a rapidly growing GovCon-centric practice, working alongside existing Unanet, NetSuite, Sage, Acumatica, and Deltek groups.
Requirements
- 8+ years’ combined experience in accounting, operations, customer success, and management of technology systems (especially ERP)
- Experience implementing an ERP
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage a wide book of clients
Nice To Haves
- Experience implementing Unanet (highly preferred)
- Experience in management of a business unit and team members
- Experience in a professional services firm
Responsibilities
- Lead implementations for Unanet GovCon ERP
- Advise teammates on best practices, lead by example, and educate others on the Unanet product
- Grow the Unanet team to expand our ability to qualify and drive business development opportunities
- Provide constructive feedback and effective support to the practice team
- Maintain Unanet partner relationships at the executive level
- Assist Aprio leadership in setting budget and revenue goals for cross-sales and introductions to new and existing clients
- Communicate professionally, clearly, and effectively to target audiences
- Proactively seek information, challenge norms, and drive efficiency
- Maintain a thorough understanding of status, actions, risks, and drive resolutions
- Assist leadership to define and continuously refine go-to-market strategies and solutions, packaging offerings with other complementary ones such as GovCon compliance
- Align with leadership to drive the development and rollout of tailored solutions
- Lead webinars and digital campaigns in partnership with Unanet and others to recruit new clients
- Develop Learning and Development training to educate others at Aprio and create training materials to support the practice
- Participate in internal meetings, presentations, reporting, and initiatives
- Adhere to Aprio’s established processes and procedures
- Perform operational and firm initiative tasks as assigned by leadership
