About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Forklift and scissor lift certification required (or ability to obtain certification).
• Experience in a manufacturing or plastics processing environment is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate recordkeeping skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload, receive, and handle bulk loads of raw resin materials.
• Operate and maintain blend stations, crystallizers, dryers, and associated material handling systems.
• Accurately record production processes, material blends, and silo weights.
• Monitor and maintain proper silo weight levels to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Clean and change filters, dust pans, and other equipment components as required.
• Operate forklifts and scissor lifts (certification required).
• Assist Extruder Operators with material supply and production support.
• Prepare extruded sheet rolls for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
• Package thermoformed products according to quality and shipping standards.
• Rework rejected thermoformed products and grind scrap sheet and rejected parts for recycling.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company safety policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
