The role we are looking to fill: UM Case Representative If you’re someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to be part of a company deeply rooted in Wyoming’s community, this could be a great next step. As a UM Case Representative with BCBSWY, you will play a key role in ensuring that our members receive the medical care they need. Our Case Representatives are responsible for initial screening of prior authorizations, entering pertinent information into our internal systems, and reaching out to providers when additional details are needed. To be successful in this role, you will need a strong sense of urgency paired with a sharp attention to detail, excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills, and ability to work with multiple database systems. Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Strong sense of urgency

  • Ability to work with multiple database systems
