The UM Administration Coordinator 2 contributes to the administration of utilization management. This role performs varied activities and moderately complex administrative/operational/customer support assignments. The UM Administration Coordinator 2 provides non-clinical support for procedures, ensuring the best treatment, care, or services for members receiving Behavioral health services. Decisions are typically focused on the interpretation of area/department policy and methods for completing assignments. Work is performed within defined parameters to identify work expectations and quality standards, but with some latitude over prioritization and timing. The role follows standard policies that allow for some opportunity for interpretation/deviation and independent action.
