Humana Gold Plus Integrated is looking for a UM Administration Coordinator. This role will help create authorizations and work within defined parameters to identify expectations and quality standards, with some latitude over prioritization and timing. The UM Administration Coordinator will contribute to the administration of care management by providing non-clinical support to help in the assessment and evaluation of members' needs. Tasks include administrative, operational, and customer support assignments. This is a hybrid office position, requiring work in our Schaumburg, Illinois office 2 days per week. Work hours will be Monday-Friday 8am-5pm CST with flexible scheduling, including occasional nights and weekends.
