About The Position
The Ultrasound Technologist joins MultiCare’s Imaging/Radiology team and performs diagnostic and therapeutic ultrasound procedures requiring independent judgment, ingenuity, and initiative. The technologist works collaboratively with the team to provide comprehensive and compassionate imaging care for patients. This position is at an Off-Campus Emergency Department in Union Gap. The schedule is 0.6 FTE, day shift, Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Requirements
- Graduate from, or be eligible to graduate within six months from, a formal ultrasound technology training program.
- Be registered or registry-eligible with the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers or Cardiovascular Credentialing International.
- If registration is pending, complete the appropriate registration within 12 months of employment.
- Current BLS certification is required.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience as an Ultrasonographer is preferred.
