About The Position

Pulse Vascular is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist to join their growing mobile vascular team. This is a 100% mobile position where the technologist will travel throughout the service area performing vascular ultrasound examinations at patient homes and other clinical locations. The role emphasizes team-based care, with the technologist traveling and seeing patients alongside a Nurse Practitioner in a two-person team. This position offers variety, independence, patient interaction, and close collaboration with another clinical professional, differentiating it from traditional hospital ultrasound roles.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Ultrasound/Sonography program.
RDMS certification required.
RVT certification required, or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Someone who is dependable, comfortable traveling and enjoys working as part of a team.
A patient-focused professional who can adapt to different environments and patient needs.

Nice To Haves

Vascular ultrasound experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic vascular ultrasound examinations in patients' homes and at other mobile/satellite locations.
Perform arterial and venous studies, including venous reflux examinations.
Prepare, position and educate patients throughout their examination.
Operate ultrasound equipment and obtain high-quality diagnostic images.
Document findings and prepare preliminary reports for provider review.
Work directly with a Nurse Practitioner as part of a two-person clinical team.
Travel throughout our service area as part of your normal workday.
Provide compassionate, professional care to patients in the comfort of their own homes.
