About The Position

An opportunity is available for an experienced Ultrasound Technologist to join a dedicated team. The role focuses primarily on breast imaging and requires a strong background in both mammography and ultrasound techniques. This position does not require clinical involvement. There are no floating assignments, weekends, holidays, or call shifts expected. Teal scrubs are required for the position.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in breast imaging, including mammography and breast ultrasound.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer in Breast (RDMS-BR) via ARDMS, or ARRT-certified in Breast Ultrasound.
• If certified in mammography, ARRT Breast certification is required.
• Arizona mammography and radiology license required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with IVs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 16 ultrasound scans per day.
• Perform 25 mammography procedures per day.
• Work collaboratively with a radiologist who is present on-site.
• Utilize Hologic mammography and ultrasound equipment.
• Manage patient imaging records within EMR (CERNER) and PACS (CHC) systems.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the six scan rooms.
