Full-Time Ultrasound Technologist
About The Position
ImageCare Radiology is seeking an experienced Full-Time Ultrasound Technologist for our West Orange location. We offer a wide range of diagnostic imaging services across 20+ locations in Northern and Central New Jersey. Our outpatient centers provide affordable, high-quality care in a patient-focused environment. All new hires are required to attend first-day orientation at our Mount Olive office before reporting to their assigned work location or training site. The schedule is four 8:00 am - 6:00 pm shifts, with one Saturday per month. Initial training days and times will be discussed and agreed upon between the manager/supervisor and the employee.
Requirements
- Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer License (Required)
- BLS Certification (Required)
- Medical specialties: Sonography
- Must be able to perform ALL Ultrasound exams including: General Ultrasound and Ob/Gyn, Vascular, Breast Ultrasound.
Nice To Haves
- At least one year working at a hospital experience or working independently is preferred.
- Basic vascular knowledge (venous doppler and carotids) and breast ultrasound experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Providing patients with the best care and experience.
- Working with the entire staff to perform quality ultrasound scans and biopsies.
- Working closely with radiologists to gather medical images.
- Ensuring an efficient and patient-focused experience during procedures.
