Ultrasound Technologist

About The Position
The Ultrasound Technologist works in the Ultrasound - Breast Center and performs ultrasound examinations, demonstrating competency in producing technical and diagnostic scans for interpretation. The role includes positioning patients and equipment, producing appropriate recordings, and processing and transmitting images to PACS. This is a part-time, day-shift position at Olympia Fields Hospital in Olympia Fields, Illinois.
Requirements
- Hold RDMS (ARDMS) or S (ARRT) certification in at least one body or region within 90 days of hire and maintain certification.
- Graduate from an accredited ultrasound program, or hold the certification identified above and graduate within 90 days of hire.
- Hold a current BCLS certificate upon hire and maintain it.
- Have proficient computer skills.

- Previous experience is preferred.
