About The Position

ImageCare Radiology is seeking an experienced full-time Ultrasound Technologist for our Middletown location. All new hires are required to attend first-day orientation at our Mount Olive office before reporting to their assigned work location or training site. The schedule is three 10-hour days, Monday-Friday (7:30 am - 6:00 pm), and Saturday (6 hours) from 7:30 am - 2:00 pm. This position is responsible for providing patients with the best care and experience while working with the entire staff to perform quality ultrasound scans and biopsies. The Ultrasound Technologist works closely with the radiologists to gather medical images and ensure an efficient and patient-focused experience during their procedure. The ideal candidate is professional, reliable, compassionate, and experienced in producing quality images for proper treatment and diagnosis by the radiologist.

Requirements

At least one year of working experience at a hospital or working independently is preferred.
Basic vascular knowledge (venous doppler and carotids) and breast ultrasound experience is a plus.
Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer License (Required)
BLS Certification (Required)
Medical specialties: Sonography
Reliably commute or planning to relocate to Middletown, NJ before starting work (Required)
Must be vaccinated with the yearly flu shot and MMR.

Responsibilities

Perform quality ultrasound scans and biopsies.

Perform ALL Ultrasound exams including: General Ultrasound and Ob/Gyn, Vascular, and Breast Ultrasound.
