About The Position
Pride Health is hiring an Ultrasound Technologist to support our client’s healthcare facility in Houston, TX 77024. This is a 3-month contract assignment with the possibility of extension or conversion, offering a great opportunity to work with a top-tier healthcare organization. The role involves performing gynecology and obstetric ultrasound exams for the radiology department, specifically pelvic, 1st trimester, 2nd trimester, and 3rd trimester obstetric exams.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years direct clinical experience in obstetrics and gynecology ultrasound with 1 year cumulative in women's health sonography.
- RDMS (OB/GYN) certification required.
Nice To Haves
- Experience using Epic EMR.
- Experience operating Philips EPIQ Elite ultrasound equipment.
- Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform gynecology and obstetric ultrasound exams for the radiology department.
- Specifically perform the follow ultrasound: pelvic, 1st trimester, 2nd trimester and 3rd trimester obstetric exams.
