About The Position
A healthcare facility is seeking an experienced Ultrasound Technologist specializing in Vascular imaging with strong Echocardiography skills. This role requires a highly proficient candidate capable of working in a fast-paced acute care environment without additional training. The position is a 13-week contract with a Day Shift schedule of 4x10-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM). Orientation will be 40 hours.
Requirements
- Strong experience in Vascular Ultrasound and Echocardiography (required)
- Proficiency in: Adult Echo, Contrast Echo, Stress Echo
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Must be fully job-ready as no training will be provided
Responsibilities
- Perform vascular ultrasound studies with accuracy and efficiency
- Conduct echocardiography procedures including: Adult Echocardiograms, Contrast Echocardiography, Stress Echocardiograms (Treadmill)
- Ensure high-quality imaging and proper patient identification
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams for diagnostic support
- Maintain patient safety and comfort during procedures
- Follow all clinical protocols and documentation standards
