About The Position

Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a qualified Ultrasound Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging for adult and pediatric patients using ultrasound technology. The role requires strong clinical skills, patient care expertise, and the ability to produce high-quality diagnostic images for physician interpretation.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Ultrasound Technology program
• ARDMS Certification (Required)
• Registered in Abdomen and OB/GYN imaging (ARDMS)
• Current BLS Certification
• Strong communication skills and patient care ability

Nice To Haves

• Experience in hospital or high-volume imaging settings
• Ability to assist in interventional ultrasound procedures
• Strong attention to detail and technical accuracy

Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up ultrasound equipment for diagnostic procedures
• Position patients and obtain optimal imaging results
• Select appropriate transducers and imaging techniques
• Review patient history and clinical data for accurate imaging support
• Perform ultrasound examinations and evaluate image quality
• Assist physicians with procedures such as biopsies
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and clear communication
• Maintain accurate documentation and imaging records
• Follow hospital policies, infection control, and safety standards
