About The Position
The Breast Ultrasound Technologist is responsible for providing Breast Ultrasound Imaging of technical detail, requiring independent judgment, ingenuity, and initiative in producing quality breast ultrasound exams and providing clerical services to the department.
Requirements
- Associate degree in Diagnostic Ultrasound
- American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography - Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS)
- American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography - Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT)
- Basic Life Support (BLS). May be obtained upon hire.
Nice To Haves
- RDMS -- BR preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
- Equivalent combinations of experience and education for certain jobs
