About The Position
THP Healthcare Staffing is seeking an Ultrasound Tech for a Radiology/Cardiology position in Mooresville, Indiana. The position is a 3x12-day shift. Candidates must hold current state licensure and have at least one year of recent experience. Applicants must provide the listed credentials, clinical references, health records, and vaccination documentation, and pass pre-employment, background, and urine drug screenings.
Requirements
- Current state licensure
- At least 1 year of recent experience
- Current resume
- Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or specialty certifications
- Two current clinical references
- Physical examination within the past 12 months
- TB skin test within the past 12 months
- MMR, Hep B, and Varicella titers
- Respiratory fit test within the past 12 months
- Current Tdap and flu vaccinations
- Ability to pass pre-employment, background, and urine drug screenings
