About The Position

THP Healthcare Staffing is seeking an Ultrasound Tech for a Radiology/Cardiology position in Silverdale, Washington. The role is scheduled for a 4x10 day shift. Applicants must have current state licensure and at least one year of recent experience. Candidates must provide the requested credentials, health and vaccination records, and clinical references, and must pass pre-employment, background, and urine drug screenings.

Requirements

• Current state licensure.
• At least 1 year of recent experience.
• Current resume.
• Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or specialty certifications.
• Two current clinical references.
• Physical examination completed within the past 12 months.
• TB skin test completed within the past 12 months.
• MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella titers.
• Respiratory fit test completed within the past 12 months.
• Current Tdap and flu vaccinations.
• Must pass pre-employment screening, a background check, and a urine drug screening.
